Do you allow third-party Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)?

Yes, absolutely. We welcome independent third-party pre-shipment inspections (such as SGS, Sucofindo, or Intertek) at the port of loading or processing facility upon buyer request to verify product quality, quantity, and packaging prior to dispatch.

Yes, we support mixed container shipments. You can combine multiple coconut derivatives (e.g., Organic Coconut Sugar, Coconut Aminos, and Coconut Nectar) in one container to optimize freight costs and balance your inventory.

Yes. Every shipment is accompanied by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and MSDS issued by our internal laboratory or an accredited third-party lab.

Our standard MOQ for bulk shipments starts at one 20ft Full Container Load (FCL) approximately 10 Metric Tons for Coconut Sugar and 10 Metric Tons for Coconut Aminos .

Yes. We provide complimentary 50–100 g (or 50–100 ml for liquids) samples for QA/R&D evaluation. While the samples are free, international courier shipping is covered by the buyer. Contact us at marketing@sedarialami.com to arrange your sample shipment.

Our standard terms are a 30% advance deposit upon order confirmation and the 70% balance payable against shipping documents. We accept Bank Transfer (T/T) and PayPal. For security reasons, official bank details are provided strictly on our formal Proforma Invoice (PI).

We operate under FOB (Free On Board) and EXW (Ex-Works) terms. Our primary departure sea ports in Indonesia are Tanjung Priok Port (Jakarta) and Tanjung Emas Port (Semarang).

Currently, our Coconut Nectar syrup is crafted by carefully cooking and dissolving coconut sugar in pure water to achieve a smooth, rich caramel consistency. Coconut Aminos is a soyfree, glutenfree savory sauce made from coconut sugar with sea salt and water, offering a rich umami flavor with lower sodium than traditional soy sauce. Custom formulation requests to suit your market needs can be arranged by contacting our team.
